Safe Ingress and Egress for Makakilo, especially in the event of an emergency situation
(Makakilo Drive Extension)

Combatting Homelessness.

Reducing the cost of living in Hawaiʻi so our local families and residents can thrive.

Rep. Souza participates in the Kumu Iki Neighborhood Security Watch in the Villages of Kapolei.
